Phundex was developed by CEO Heather-Anne Hubbell, applying her supervisory and digital transformation experience to streamline the process. Today, funds and bonds issuers have to work with multiple parties to issue and administer their bonds and funds. Each of them uses tools and technology to provide the services to the funds and bond issuers, often leading to delays and miscommunications between the parties. Phundex solves these interoperability issues. Heather-Anne has designed Phundex to coordinate and standardize workflow across the ecosystem required to issue investment instruments. Phundex reduces the time to market and the cost of administration.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">At Phundex, we have created a platform solution to coordinate and administer the lifecycle of investment instruments, reducing the number of third parties required to support that lifecycle, and dramatically reducing upfront and ongoing costs.
