The Environs Collective, located in Jersey in the Channel Islands, is a private and confidential mutual investment group built through a collaboration of Family Offices and Sophisticated Investors. We have two principal arms: a Senior and Junior Merchant Bank, and a three-tiered investment portfolio focused on Health, Real Estate and Professional Services, supported by proprietary investment technology. At the centre of the Collective is the Environs Group, an investment syndicate operating as a mutual investment guild. It is supported by over 60 invested Associates, our Environs Sector Knowledge Experts, who provide institutional-quality governance across more than 50 ventures at various stages of development. Our philosophy is simple: co-investing, institutional-quality underwriting, long-term investment, aligned compensation and performance-based fees. We build partnership relationships with our Investees, seek to provide their required funding through a single capital raise, and maintain disciplined control over the deployment of our capital.
